Two Day Trip to Koh Ker, Preah Vihear & Khmer Rough Home

Explore the remote temples like the jungled Beng Mealea, Koh Ker Group including Pyramid Temple and Preah Vihear temple as well as Ta Mok's house, a former commander of the Khmer Rough Regime.
Day 01: Beng Mealea and Koh Keh Group
We go to pick up you at the lobby of hotel. Then, go to visit Beng Mealea, built as a Hindu temple, but there are some carvings depicting Hinduism doctrine. Its primary material is sandstone and it is largely undestroyed, with trees and thick brush thriving amidst its towers and courtyards and many of its stones lying in great heaps. Then, visit Koh Ke group, a remote archaeological site in northern Cambodia about 120 kilometres away from Siem Reap and the ancient site of Angkor. It is a very jungle filled region that is sparsely populated. More than 180 sanctuaries were found in a protected area of 81 square kilometers (31 sq mi). Only about two dozen monuments can be visited by tourists because most of the sanctuaries are hidden in the forest. Back to Siem Reap and drop off.

Day 02: Ta Mok's house and Preah Vihear Temple
We go to pick up you at the lobby of hotel. Then, transfer to visit Tamok's house and Pol Pot's grave. Ta Mok was known as Brother Number 5 in Khmer Rough regime. Pol Pot was known as Brother Number 1 in Khmer Rough regime. Then, we continue to Preah Vihear temple, an ancient Hindu temple built during the reign of the Khmer Empire, that is situated atop a 525-metre cliff in the Dengrek mountain, in the Preh Vihear province, Cambodia. In 1962, following a lengthy dispute between Thailand and Cambodia over ownership, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague ruled that the temple is in Cambodia. Today Preah Vihear is the World Heritage Site recognized by UNESCO in 2008. Back to Siem Reap and Drop off.
