Opt for an artistic experience in one of the most culturally-rich places in Brazil. Take a class instructed by artist Maria Cruz Urquijo, who has more than 25 years of experience in painting and sculpture. Take the chance to work freely and let your surroundings inspire you in the studio.
The activity is divided into 4 steps: first, a brief introduction to the class with sketching exercises, using the fingers or pencils. This is paired with an enriching discussion of the creative process. Then, choose your format and material and get to work on your creation. A brief coffee break and chat pleasantly punctuates the time before you return to finish your work.
