The tour starts with the departure from Cusco to Puno and then we will take a tourist bus to La Paz and Uyuni. We will visit the train cemetery, Incahuasi Island and the imposing Salar de Uyuni.
Day 1: Cusco - Puno
We start the tour by picking you up at your hotel in Cusco and transferring you to the bus terminal. We will take a tourist bus to Puno, departing at 10:00 p.m. and arriving at 5:00 a.m. the next day.
Day 2: Puno - La Paz - Uyuni
Pick up at the hotel in Puno and transfer to the terminal. We will take a tourist bus to La Paz, arriving at 2:00 pm. Free afternoon to explore La Paz and El Alto. In the evening, we will depart by tourist bus to Uyuni at 20:00 h., arriving the next day at 05:00 h.
Day 3: Uyuni - Uyuni Salt Flat
We will visit the Train Cemetery to see the old locomotives. Then, we will explore the community of Colchani, known for its artisan workshops and the rudimentary salt processor. We will continue to the Salar de Uyuni, making stops to observe the salt extractions, the salt eyes and the Playa Blanca Salt Hotel, now a museum. Finally, we will visit Incahuasi Island to enjoy its giant cactus, marine fossils and 360° panoramic views. We will return to the city of Uyuni, concluding the tour.
