Visit Sajama National Park and discover a sleeping volcano that houses Andean animals and picturesque landscapes. See ancient mummies, learn about the buildings and churches, and enjoy the natural hot springs.
You will be picked up from your hotel in La Paz and then cross the Bolivian altiplano. Visit the Chullpas tombs, many of which still contain skeletal remains. Visit the Church of Curahuara de Carangas, one of the oldest in the continent.
Enjoy a packed lunch and then, in the afternoon, head to the town of Sajama. Explore the forest of queñuas, before having dinner and spending the night in the town of Sajama.
After enjoying a delicious breakfast, continue your tour with an early visit to the geysers. On the way, you can observe typical Andean fauna, Alpacas, llamas, and Vicuñas, Later, visit some hot springs before returning to La Paz.
