Most of the castles are closed on Monday. The New Palais in Sanssouci Park which is closed on Tuesdays

April 1-October 31, 2024, Tuesday-Sunday, 10:00 AM-5:30 PM
The last entry is 30 minutes before closing time
Tickets are non-refundable and can't be rebooked. Reduced tickets will only be accepted with appropriate proof at the entrance
Reduced tickets are available for school children, students, trainees, participants in the Federal Volunteers (BFD) or the Freiwillige Soziale Jahr (FSJ, voluntary social year) programs, severely disabled persons (with a degree of disability (GdB) of at least 50%), as well as recipients of “Arbeitslosengeld I” unemployment benefits. Proper identification must be shown for reductions to apply
The New Palais can only be visited on a guided tour. Please go to the Visitor's Center for a separate ticket
Please enter Sanssouci Palace at the time indicated on your ticket. For all other palaces, you may enter on the day booked.
