Next, visit a local winery for a wine tasting experience. Fairview is well known not only for its drinkable wines but also for its exquisite goat's milk cheeses. Goats are well known for their climbing ability and Fairview's goats love climbing the tall stone tower that has been built just for them.

Watch as they ascend a spiral staircase that leads around the outside of the tower. One of Fairview's biggest draws is its cheese selection, which includes over 50 cow's milk and goat's milk cheeses, including white mould, blue mould, feta and cream cheese.

The newest addition of farm-reared, free-range meat is quickly becoming a popular attraction.
