Should a cruise or package tour not operate for any reason, then an alternative date will be offered to the passenger
On the rare occasion where bad weather prohibits a tour from operating the scheduled itinerary, an alternate itinerary will be offered to the passenger
If the passenger accepts this alternate itinerary then no further refunds will be given
No refunds apply for missed tours
Please note for any un-returned or damaged snorkelling equipment, a fee equal to the current replacement value for the un-returned/damaged snorkelling equipment will be payable at the end of the tour
Check in from 07:30 at the Sunlover Cruises counter inside the Reef Fleet terminal located at Cairns Marlin Marina. *Boarding will be denied without collection of tickets from Sunlover Cruises. CHECK-IN CLOSES 08:25 (unless otherwise advised) - Late check-in will result in the tour being missed with no refund
