In one easy day we will travel from Sofia to Plovdiv enthusiastic to discover and learn a out different historical periods and how the Jewish population used to live, what did the leave behind them how are they living in Plovdiv and Bulgaria today.
We'll visit the Plovdiv Synagogue, beautifully decorated building from 1842, we'll have some nice and informative talk with the local gabai.
The memories will be supported by us visiting the Jewish school, visit one of the monuments, the former bath and then driving of to the Jewish cemetery.
Certainly, being in Plovdiv we can't miss walking the old cobble-stoned streets in the pearl of it - the Old town, discovering a bit more about the ancient city.
Of course you have time to yourselves - our plan gives you about one and a half hour to enjoy the city centre or explore more.
In the late afternoon we'll head back to Sofia this way being able to arrive before it's dinner time.
