Arrive at Wilsons Promontory and embark on your first hike, a 6.8 kilometer return journey to Mt Oberon. From the summit, you will experience arguably the best coastal views in Victoria. After you return, you will head into Tidal River for lunch and some down time before tackling your second hike to Squeaky Beach via Pillar Point.
At every turn expect beautiful turquoise waters and breathtaking mountain views. At Squeaky beach wander on the rounded grains of quartz which make a squeaking sound, giving this popular local beach its name. Wilsons Promontory is full of Australian wildlife so have your cameras ready.
